郭长虹，1968年1月生人，教授，博导，龙江学者特聘教授。现任哈尔滨师范大学研究生学院常务副院长，分子细胞遗传与遗传育种黑龙江省重点实验室主任，黑龙江省生物学重点学科带头人。中国草学会牧草育种学会理事，中国遗传学会教育教学委员会委员，黑龙江省遗传学会副理事长，黑龙江省生物工程学会副理事长。
教育及工作经历：
1989年毕业于哈尔滨师范大学生物系（获学士学位）；
1992年毕业于哈尔滨师范大学遗传学专业（获硕士学位）；
2000年毕业于东北农业大学植物遗传育种专业（获博士学位）；
2000年3月-2001年3月 日本新泻大学访问；
2001年4月-2004年6月 日本京都产业大学博士后研究；
2006年聘为博士生导师；
2011年获黑龙江省杰出青年基金；
2012年聘为哈师大龙江学者特聘教授；
2012年获黑龙江省研究生优秀导师称号。
